read and understand the following Designers Tools & S4H Terms of Use before using
any of my designs. This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between the person or organization that purchases a
professional version digital file kit or You have, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the Digital Files for your business purposes.
For clarification purposes, use of the Digital Files by an incorporated entity,
a partnership, or by an individual to directly or indirectly support any
professional endeavor is considered a "business purpose". Tracey Rennemo reserves the right to
determine whether your use of the Digital Files qualifies under this Agreement.
Tracey Rennemo owns all rights, title and interest to the Digital Files (including
all intellectual property rights) and reserves all rights to the Digital Files RESTRICTIONS PERMITTED USES FOR KIT AND/OR ITS COMPONENTS: *
YOU MUST significantly alter my Designers

use item, color, etc. to suit
your design projects. *YOU MAY use any Tracey Rennemo graphics to design templates & quick pages. But try to be a designer yourself and have some originality. If you take offense to this statement it must be you I am talking to! ;o) *
YOU MAY use the original graphics/content to scrap pages/projects you are
selling flattened, as long as you in no way include my individual original files.
(You may not disperse the files contained in this product as individual
pieces for your customers to use.) * YOU MAY use this set for your personal design projects such as kits for resale, and print a hardcopy for personal scrapbooking and craft projects. * YOU MAY make one copy of this set for backup purposes only, but not with intent to redistribute, provided that all Terms of Use and proprietary documents are retained with such backup. * YOU MAY use my PSP Scripts/products for Designers Tools & S4H use. So long as the altered content is considerably different than the original file and the original files themselves are not sold for redistributed in any way with the representation that they are your work. PROHIBITED
USES FOR THIS KIT AND/OR ITS COMPONENTS *YOU MAY NOT sell the file(s) as I have sold them to you. * YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics/content as part of a trademark, or to promote any type of business, or to use as website graphics, *YOU MAY NOT CREATE A COLLECTION of any Single individual item (ex. Curled Ribbons) and place them for sale!! You may not sell either in a kit or in a collection a B&W re-colorable curled ribbon image so that your customers can recolor it themselves. You may not sell a curled ribbon with the separate layers of the image in-tack. *YOU
MAY NOT resell any of these products without modification. You cannot
include the original overlay/tube/brush/presets in your items for sale,
rather you CAN include your altered form. (Product HAS to be modified by
more then just colorized, or multiple raw files merged to be one. (IE:
Combining 3-4 overlays, and calling them your own.) You have to have
some sort of *YOU MAY NOT alter by removing or adding steps to my script and call it your own. Lets discuss “Products/Resources” for PSP
users: These would include but are not limited to my - Scripts, tubes,
custom brushes and their brush variances (frayed edges, glitter &
glow tubes) that
create an effect. Basically they are anything that enhances your
elements/digital designs or allows you to easily recreate a certain look
by placing my products in your PSP program folder. They
are not for your free distribution. This is considered pirating, and is

OF LIABILITY: *Unless the error is on my part then I will take
full responsibility and all measures to correct the problem. DISCLAIMER: IT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE SOME WORKING
KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PSP SETTINGS/TOOLS TO USE THESE PRODUCTS. THERE ARE
ALREADY NUMEROUS TUTORIALS ON HOW TO USE EVERY TOOL IN PSP ONLINE THAT,
WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS BELOW, ABOVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THE
INFORMATION PROVIDED HERE. THE DESIGNER OF THE PRODUCT(S) AND/OR
SCRAPBOOK-BYTES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE CUSTOMER IS LACKING SUFFICIENT
KNOWLEDGE TO USE THE PRODUCT(S). By purchasing this
product, or obtaining any free downloadable graphics from Tracey Rennemo
Designs / Haley64, you agree to abide by the Terms of Use as specified
in this document. Remember that I am a single mother also and I am just trying to make a little bit of extra money for me and my kids too. I'm really not a meany, just respect my time and efforts like you would like yours to be respected. For
